Adecco is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in Strathcona, Alberta. In this role, you’ll provide essential L1 and L2 technical support for production systems, development environments, and client-configured services across multiple platforms. This opportunity offers hands-on experience with a variety of infrastructure technologies in a fast-paced and service-driven environment.

  • Pay rate: $27/hour.

  • Location: Strathcona, AB

  • Shifts: 4 hours per month

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for software systems (both on-site and remote).

  • Support hardware and software technologies, focusing on OS-level tasks across server, desktop, and network environments.

  • Troubleshoot L1 and L2 technical issues and escalate where appropriate.

  • Support mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and assist in basic printer support.

  • Handle desktop hardware failures and perform device imaging and deployment tasks.

  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Proven experience supporting diverse IT infrastructure environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues.

  • Familiar with imaging processes and configuring new laptops.

  • Knowledge of mobile support (iOS and Android).

  • Basic printer support knowledge.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
