Adecco is actively seeking a Team Coordinator to oversee daily operations at their Surrey or Langley, BC site. In this full-time role, you will manage staff scheduling, ensure safety procedures are followed, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also monitor fuel inventory, assist with cash handling, and maintain site security.
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour.

Responsibilities:
Respond to questions from both customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Implement and maintain gasoline inventory control procedures and keep accurate records.
Ensure safety procedures are followed, including the maintenance of first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and spill kits. Report incidents such as health and safety or environmental issues.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify deficiencies, ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
Oversee staff schedules and ensure efficient shift coverage.
Oversee security measures such as CCTV operation, tank locks, and canopy light timers.
Manage fuel delivery processes and handle cash as part of daily operations.
Confirm pricing accuracy with the District Manager.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, convenience, or the fueling industry, with exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
A business management certificate is an asset but not required.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
