Adecco is currently seeking a full-time Tailor / Seamstress for a permanent position with our client located in Fredericton, NB. In this role, your primary objective is to enhance customers' appearance and confidence by providing impeccable alterations in a timely manner, aligning with the company's commitment to delivering superior alterations.

Responsibilities:

Execute sewing production within specified timelines and in accordance with company standards.

Continuously enhance skills in alterations techniques and impart knowledge to team members.

Uphold and enhance production quality, ensuring minimal redo instances.

Adhere to work schedules and promptly respond to customer inquiries.

Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

Assist Fit Experts in the front room as needed.
-
Refer customers to experts or sister stores if unable to assist.
-
Initiate and implement necessary improvements to meet performance expectations.

Report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidents to Manager/HR.
Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada (students will not be considered).

Sewing experience is mandatory

Familiarity with Customer Service/Dry Cleaning Policy and Buy-Back Program.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on store hours.

Willingness to learn and progress within the company's grading system.

Strong focus on quality.

Maintain composure and handle challenging situations calmly.

Excellent team player with a willingness to mentor others.

Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending for pinning needs, color differentiation, and focused concentration during sewing tasks.
