Adecco is currently seeking a passionate and driven Strategic Partner Manager to join our client’s Scaled Partnerships team. In this contract role based in Toronto, you’ll manage relationships with YouTube creators across Canada and support their growth on the platform. You will drive product adoption, field incoming requests, analyze data to uncover opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to help grow the Canadian creator ecosystem.   • Pay rate: $77/hour.

  • Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid work: Tues, Wed, Thurs in-office; Mon & Fri Remote)

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with YouTube creators across Canada, ensuring ongoing success and growth on the platform.

  • Share best practices, updates on new features, monetization strategies, and policy changes, helping creators optimize their YouTube presence.

  • Support creators in using YouTube tools and products to grow their viewership, revenue, and engagement.

  • Organize and execute initiatives like workshops, events, and other efforts aimed at growing creators at scale.

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions to key partners.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales-related roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and facilitate both small and large events.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in media, entertainment, music, or gaming industries, especially with YouTube content.

  • Familiarity with the Canadian creator or gaming ecosystem.

  • Proven ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights.

  • Track record of driving product adoption and growth for clients at scale.
