Adecco is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at their location in Lloydminster, AB. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per annum and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:
Managing on-site operations, including work schedules and resource allocation, and supervising employees.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any operational issues or concerns to senior management.
Ordering fuel, merchandise, and supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience at all times.
Monitoring sales, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures.
Ensuring the gas station and retail store are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Experience in retail operations, particularly in a gas station or convenience store setting, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data.
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other computer software.
Clear criminal check and reliable transportation are required.
