In this position you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of products to customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth shipping operations.

Responsibilities:
Pull daily report from Power BI on what’s available to ship, then print off Pick / Pack daily orders and issue them to shippers/receivers at the start of shift according to customer and company requirements.
Ability to communicate with carriers and customers regarding order pick-ups (Will calls, Dock Scheduler Tool, Customers Shipping Portal).
Monitor all outbound/inbound shipments to meet deadlines.
Answer the door when carriers come in and assign door to them.
Pull data from Reports Now each Monday for previous week’s shipments, document the misses (with reason codes) and report out findings to Supply Chain and Ops leaders by 10am.
Follow Carlisle Shipping Manual.
Participate in plant wide physical inventories when scheduled.
Support in inventory investigations/discrepancies.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety Policies/Procedures and Quality Procedures.
Any other duties required by lead hand and/or management.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
2 to 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Capable of lifting to 50lbs.
Knowledge of spill cleanups and response, as well as WHMIS/GHS procedures.
Computer Literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows + Office. JD Edwards/SAP Preferred.
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, nights or weekends.
Effective written and oral communication skills
Capable of following Shipping, Environmental, Health & Safety Policies/Procedures and Quality Procedures.
