Adecco is looking for a committed Service Parts Coordinator to join our client's team in a temporary-to-permanent position based in Toronto, ON. This role offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour. The successful candidate will assist HVAC Field Technicians and the Service Department in effectively managing parts orders. Responsibilities:
Assist HVAC Field Technicians in ordering parts and manage communication with the Service Department.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication.
Enforce safety standards and maintain accountability for company assets.
Prepare quotes and sales orders using MAXX.
Manage tickets through Zendesk and assist with daily tasks for the parts team.
Coordinate warranty parts returns with vendors.
Keep records and reports up to date.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred.
Moderate computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced customer service skills and a demonstrated work ethic.
Ability to work in a small team with moderate supervision.
