Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior computer application support. This is a 48 weeks hybrid contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with our government client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a Secret Security Clearance.
The Senior computer application support will have the following responsibilities:
Provide coaching/direction to end-users in response to identified difficulties with the current ADAM application version;
Understanding application business processes to investigate, reproduce, and communicate technical problems encountered by ADAM end-users; and, collecting, organizing and maintaining an ADAM problems and solutions log for use by others.
Develop a Training Program that expands on concepts in the existing ADAM User Manual. This program should include as a minimum:
ADAM application overview;
DND policy overview for use of Electronic Record Keeping Systems;
ADAM user account management;
Demonstrated use of key ADAM application functions;
ADAM application tips/tricks, best practices; and,
Program rework based on ADAM end-user feedback, evolving features, new releases.
Prepare and deliver presentations and training to ADAM application end-users using remote tools and/or in-person at RCAF squadrons;
Recommend new products or processes which support and enhance the ADAM user group business activities;
Evaluate emerging technology that could be used to evolve ADAM application functionality, supportability, deployment, etc.;
Plan and/or participate in the implementation of department wide ADAM system upgrades; and,
Prepare relevant and timely content and maintain ADAM SharePoint site.
The Senior computer application support must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Must have 2 years’ experience within the past 10 years using one of the Automated Data for Aerospace Maintenance (ADAM); or,Data Management System (DMS).
Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in the last 5 years working on the delivery of custom application(s) on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premises case management systems.
Must have a valid Secret security clearance;
