Adecco is actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative with a Sales territory, Windsor to Barrie to Cobourg. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, including average unit price, distribution, and door productivity targets for the brand collections.

Develop and follow an effective call plan for customer visits, aiming to visit all customers in a 4–12-week rotation or less.

Regularly refresh POP materials and ensure brand positioning is accurately reflected in-store.

Log visits and orders in the based ordering system.

Utilize reports, training, and tools to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness.

Proactively manage distribution in line with brand guidelines.

Conduct customer training, develop trunk shows, and participate in trade shows to boost brand awareness and sales.

Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership to support growth strategies.

Significant field time required with possible overnights, dependent on geography (up to 100% travel).
Requirements:

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Minimum of 2 years in direct sales with a proven track record of results.

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, training, and presentation abilities.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to carry sample bags weighing up to 25 lbs.

Valid driver’s license and personal car required for daily work-related travel.
