Responsibilities:
Oversee and drive commercial sales operations with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team targets.

Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial sales, ideally in insurance or financial services.
Proven leadership experience in managing or coaching sales teams.
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Expertise in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
