Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Repair & Overhaul Planner for our client in Ajax, ON. This 24-month contract role offers a competitive salary of $24-$27 per hour. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in optimizing work processes, ensuring material availability, and maintaining efficient schedules in the Repair & Overhaul (R&O) shop.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans and schedules for work in the R&O shop.
Monitor the availability of materials and recommend changes to ensure no impact on workflow.
Revise plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate unforeseen changes.
Optimize work processes to improve efficiency.
Perform finite scheduling of all work centers within R&O.
Achieve on-time delivery to meet customer expectations for all components at minimal cost.
Maintain work orders and work order management.
Conduct inventory analysis to meet inventory targets.
Populate visual display boards for daily/weekly targets and run daily start-of-shift meetings.
Assist with resolving any SAP issues related to the MRO team.
Manage DLF within the MRO shop.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Excellent working skills in SAP.
Proficient in interpreting Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, drawings, and other technical data (asset).
Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations regarding airworthiness requirements (asset).
Superior organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive deadlines.
Willingness to carry the AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis and assist with loading parts when on AOG.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
