Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven and strategic Regional Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across Western Canada. In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and financial performance across a specified region. This position will focus on partnering with site managers to ensure high-level execution of business strategies, consistent customer satisfaction, and optimal profitability.

Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership to site managers, focusing on achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets. Act as a coach and consultant, ensuring site managers are equipped to meet performance goals.
Identify areas of improvement within the sites and implement corrective actions. Regularly review performance metrics and develop strategies to close performance gaps.
Drive the execution of regional strategies aimed at maximizing sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards.
Operational Consistency: Ensure that all sites maintain a consistent and exceptional customer experience by monitoring service standards and ensuring site managers follow through on customer engagement best practices.
Oversee contract adherence across locations to ensure alignment with the company’s operational commitments and customer promises.
Act as a key resource and mentor for site managers, providing guidance on improving operational performance and customer service.
Lead the recruitment and development of site managers, focusing on building a high-performing team that aligns with business goals and values.
Ensure the region meets or exceeds financial objectives, including sales and profitability goals, through effective management of site operations.
Develop and implement action plans for underperforming sites, ensuring continuous improvement in key operational areas.
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing and operational initiatives for maximum impact on regional business performance.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
At least 7 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to drive results.
Experience in retail operations, sales, or business development is an asset.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan).
