Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled and proactive Project Coordinator for a contract position to support our client with their oil and gas projects in Calgary, AB. In this role you will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project planning, execution, and close-out, with a focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
Organize, attend, and participate in various Project meetings as required (e.g., Working Committee, Steering Committee, workshops).
Working with the Project Managers for content, draft PowerPoint presentations in preparation for meetings.
Take meeting minutes, post and follow up on actions and decisions made from meetings.
Create and maintain various project trackers (e.g., RAID log Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions, build interface tracker).
Work with HTR Leadership on reporting requirements.
Build and maintain team Content Server workspace, SharePoint site, Microsoft Teams channel and postings.
Perform document management and maintain documentation library, both in SharePoint and Content Server.
Create and maintain project team calendar of planned events, extract reporting from project plan for status reporting.
Manage team members vacation schedule and ensure our team tracker is kept up to date.
Create and maintain email distribution lists for the Project.
Support miscellaneous project team requests and perform ad-hoc requests.
Manage in-team communications including information posting, deadline reminders etc.
Work with our Business Analysts on drafting and QA of project documentation (E.g. Decision Records).
Collect project status, top risks and issues, and roll up to higher level status reporting (i.e. Program status)
Monitor and follow up on all Project action items.
Assist in document approval process including managing artifacts to be saved in the proper folders, create approval request in ServiceNow and follow ups.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring Project plans/schedules.
Ensure standards and requirements are met by adhering to templates and process set by the CPMO governance team.
Monitor project schedules for variance against baselined milestones.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Must be a residence of Calgary, AB
Minimum 5 to 10 years of Project coordination and Administrative experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience in monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Experience in Taking meeting minutes, detailed note taking, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Experience in document management and maintain documentation library, both in SharePoint.
Must have Experience using Sharepoint, Microsoft Project and Ofiice 365.
