As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring production quality in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
Assemble components according to specific drawings, procedures, and documentation.
Operate various manufacturing equipment in alignment with schedules and processes.
Utilize pneumatic tools, hand tools, and software like SFDC, Agile, and Excel.
Identify, articulate, and escalate technical or quality issues to the Team Lead.
Ensure inventory control, cycle counting, and proper execution of computer transactions.
Perform work in compliance with established safety procedures and performance standards.
Implement ECO modifications or other specified instructions.
Support team members and assist in identifying and applying process improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow kitting protocols, process documents, and instructions.
Strong customer focus and communication skills to address technical or quality issues.
Experience in product inspections and resolving quality concerns.
Proficiency with keyboarding and software tools; leadership skills are an asset.
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
