Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s sales team in Saskatoon, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, and driving sales through inbound and outbound communication.   • Pay Rate: $60,000/year plus commission based on performance

  • Location: Saskatoon, SK

  • Shift: 9 am to 5:00 pm

  • Job type: Permanent| full time 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Sales Qualification: Qualify incoming leads by understanding customer needs and ensuring alignment with our IoT cold chain monitoring solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our IoT products
    and services, including cold chain monitoring solutions, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions in improving cold chain efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing operational risks.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, including field sales and marketing, to support overall sales objectives and develop strategies for lead conversion.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce) and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and pipeline status.

  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, including emerging IoT technologies, cold chain logistics, and regulatory changes, to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions or IoT-enabled products.

  • Background in cold chain, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Familiarity with the regulatory requirements in the food and pharmaceutical industries (e.g., FDA, GDP, GxP)

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in inside sales or business development, ideally within the IoT, technology, or supply chain industry.

  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their application in cold chain management, logistics, or related fields.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho and ZoomInfo) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
