Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated and results driven Inside Sales Associate to join our client’s dynamic sales team in Kelowna, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth from within the office.   • Pay Rate: $22-26/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Kelowna, BC

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent position | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally answers calls, listens to customers, understands their needs, and fulfills them.

  • Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Occasionally negotiates special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per manager's criteria.

  • Resolves customer service issues promptly and ensures commitments are met.

  • Proactively suggests related or alternative products as needed.

  • Promotes focus product items to drive additional sales.

  • Quickly communicates customer feedback regarding price, products, and service to the appropriate person (Business Centre Manager, Outside Sales Representative).

  • Keeps technical knowledge up to date on various product lines and broadens system knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • One (1) to three (3) years of industry experience, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of products and services in our market.

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
