Adecco is currently seeking an HR Systems Analyst position for our client in Calgary, AB. This is a 12-month contract role offering competitive compensation. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service support to internal and external HR teams.
Administer HR processes such as onboarding, promotions, terminations, leave administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Partner with HR to troubleshoot, configure, and enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the employee lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal security policies, and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and data clean-ups to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Provide training and system support to HR teams and stakeholders to enhance system utilization.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation.
Support annual HR programs such as compensation cycles, and student/new grad cycles.
Lead or participate in projects to develop, review, and improve HR processes.
Offer mentorship and training support to team members.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5+ years of direct experience in HR systems or a similar role.
Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
Proficiency in HR data management, data integrity, and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering client-focused service.
Strong analytical abilities to contribute to decision-making and recommendations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
