Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s objectives.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance on HR compliance and labor laws to ensure organizational adherence.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
