Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
Support the performance appraisal process and provide insights for employee development.
Collaborate with management to address employee engagement and retention strategies.
Assist with benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
