Adecco is currently hiring several full-time dedicated Heavy General Labourers to join our client’s team in Caledon, ON, and support daily operations in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. This role involves a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting with warehouse organization. Ideally, you will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Pay Rate: up to $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Caledon, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

General Labour Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight as directed by shift supervisor and/or Lead
Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
Ensure complete product accuracy on each order/pallets while maintain safety operational standards.
Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
Receive daily work assignments from supervision and/or lead
Verify shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders
Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work area
Participation in ongoing training opportunities
General Labour Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to focus on details, pertaining to shipping documents
Basic math skills required
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends is required
High School diploma preferred
Forklift operation experience is considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
