Forklift Driver- Reverse Raymond Reach

Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver specializing in Reverse Raymond Reach to join our client’s team in Vaughan, ON. This temporary position offers a competitive salary of $24.40 per hour. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the foodservice industry and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

• Pay rate: $24.40/hour.
• Location: Vaughan, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

• Ensuring accurate and timely selection of customer orders and outside transport deliveries.
• Order picking and product put-away.
• Maintaining FIFO practices throughout warehouse operations.
• Scanning and validating box counts and returns.
• Loading/unloading trucks and reboxing products as needed.
• Supporting inventory control and skid maintenance.
• Transferring products throughout operations and supporting defrosting as required.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with cardboard baling.
• Maintaining efficiencies and proper documentation.
• Complying with all warehouse best practices and health and safety policies.
• Adhering to food safety and HACCP regulations.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Post-secondary education or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Forklift certification (Reach/Walkie), reverse steer preferred.
• Proficient in using scanners and inventory systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a cold/freezer environment.
• Adaptability to change and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer focus and team collaboration skills.
