Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled and reliable Forklift Operators with experience operating Crown Reverse control Reach and Walkie machines to join our client’s dynamic team in Mississauga, ON. This position involves efficiently and safely operating material handling equipment to move products, inventory, and materials throughout the warehouse or distribution center. Pay Rate: up to $20.50/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate Crown Reach, Walkie, and Reverse Control forklifts to transport goods to designated locations within the warehouse or facility.
Load and unload materials from pallets, shelves, racks, or bins, ensuring that items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Pick and stage materials for shipping, inventory, and distribution as required.
Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper maintenance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
Assist with stock organization, inventory management, and order picking.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfillment.
Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift certification with at least 1 year experience operating Crown Reverse control Reach and Walkie machines (required).
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and operate forklifts for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials regularly.
