Adecco is urgently hiring for highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our senior executives on a temporary full-time basis for our client in Saskatoon, SK. This role requires you to be detail-oriented, handle sensitive information, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The estimated duration for this opportunity 1 month with possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
Interpersonal skills
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
