Pay Rate: $39.50/hr
Location: Gleichen, AB
Shift: Monday-Friday | approx. 9.5 hours a day (11.5 with 2 hours travel)
Travel Time: 1 hour of paid time to and from site. Rides available from the Calgary shop daily, leave at 6:00am

Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Gather all necessary data to perform comprehensive assessments and facilitate precise installations.
Read and interpret electrical and architectural drawings and specifications.
Bend, assemble, and install conduits and various types of electrical conductor enclosures and fittings.
Pull wires and ensure proper placement within systems.
Install and configure distribution and control equipment, including switches, relays, circuit breaker panels, and fuse enclosures.
Install, replace, and repair electrical equipment and related systems.
Set up data wiring systems.
Splice, join, and connect wires to establish secure circuits.
Test circuits to ensure functionality, integrity, and safety compliance.
Install, replace, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems and related equipment.
Set up solar PV modules and supporting racking/mounting systems.
Install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
Program solar PV, EV, and LED monitoring systems for optimal performance.
Complete and submit safety documentation daily to maintain compliance.
Manage project-related documents, including receipts and invoices, for accurate record-keeping.
Mentor and train apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Strictly adhere to and implement safety procedures during all installations.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Possess a Journeyman ticket (Red Seal certification not mandatory).
Completion of CSTS 2020 (Construction Safety Training System) certification is required.
Comfortable working in outdoor environments.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Experienced in leading and managing a team effectively.
Proficient with modern technology and programming
