Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate truck loading and unloading operations.
Ensure efficiency in logistics processes and smooth goods flow.
Oversee and enforce shipping and receiving deadlines.
Lead and manage a team of logistics operators and forklift drivers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk prevention protocols.
Optimize storage space and dock organization.
Collaborate with carriers and internal departments (inventory, procurement, shipping).
Monitor performance metrics and propose improvements to boost productivity and service levels.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of logistics processes and dock operations.
