Adecco is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Solutions Specialist to join our client’s team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals by driving digital solutions to existing and new customers within a defined region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional with a strong understanding of digital workflows and a passion for technology-driven solutions in the dental industry. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $97,000 annually, plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Drive new leads, develop a robust sales pipeline, and execute strategies to increase market penetration by engaging with the local DTM regional team.
Follow up with doctors and labs via phone and/or Teams, collaborating with the DTM team to drive opportunities in your specified region.
Plan and execute sales activities to meet monthly/annual sales targets, conduct live or virtual product demonstrations, and oversee digital event execution.
Coach local DTMs on digital solutions workflows, manage large digital solutions bundle proposals, and lead regional team meetings focused on advancing DTM knowledge.
Partner with Area Digital Business Development Managers (BDMs) to create regional strategies and implement digital plans, product launches, and key projects in the field.
Analyze customer digital business needs and work with them to identify opportunities to enhance business flow, maintaining strong relationships with key influencers.
Utilize Straumann Group’s SAP CRM to plan and track customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
Travel within your assigned territory, including attending trade shows, conferences, and regional meetings, as well as working evenings and weekends as necessary.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years’ experience in a digital technology-focused role or dental industry experience.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling digital solutions to dentists and lab owners.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM tools, as well as experience with CAD, IOS, 3D printing, and CAD/CAM milling.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
A valid driver's license and a safe driving record with auto insurance coverage.
Fluency in digital workflows (IOS, CAD, 3D printing, CAD/CAM), strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
