Adecco is currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team in Fredericton, NB. This role involves investigating customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Pay rate: $18.22/hour.
  • Location: Fredericton, NB
  • Shifts: Shifts bid based on performance.
  •           Monday-Friday shifts within 7:00am-11:00pm
  •             Saturday-Sunday shifts within 10:00am-10:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer inquiries and categorize calls to ensure proper resolution.
  • Update customer accounts and complete billing transactions to rectify errors and process adjustments.
  • Suggest additional or alternative products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships.
  • Escalate calls as appropriate when issues cannot be resolved on the first contact.
  • Exhibit good knowledge of customer care functions, demonstrating analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs.
  • Manage interactions with irate customers in stressful situations with tolerance and professionalism.
  • Utilize computer skills effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and respond positively to feedback.
  • Work flexible shifts and days as required.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
