Adecco is urgently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Brockville, ON.
In this position, your key responsibilities will include receiving and processing customer orders or requests. Communication tasks will involve using tools such as Outlook and phone calls. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing reports and managing electronic documents through tasks such as scanning and filing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing customer orders or requests in both 3Plink/Excalibur and SAP;
Receiving and tracking inventory in both 3Plink/Excalibur and SAP;
Communicating via Outlook and by phone etc.;
Completing reports, scanning and filing electronic documents;
Assist in inventory cycle counts;
Scheduling inbound deliveries.
Please note, there may be additional tasks added, thus the successful candidate will need to remain
flexible.

Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
