Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to work for our clients who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients in Acheson, AB. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Location: ACHESON, AB
- Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests, in person and by phone/email and processing payments when required
- Answering phones and emails and directing calls where required
- Entering data in a precise and efficient manner
- Mailing/shipping of correspondence and packages
- Filing and maintaining paperwork
- Operating office equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Previous work experience in a customer service role, facing customers, or administration role is a must
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Able to function well as part of a team or independently
Excellent communication and time management skills are a must
- Should have a professional and clean appearance with a constantly positive attitude while communicating with clients
- Should be available to work on a full-time basis
