Our client is an international management consulting firm supporting their client and is keen to have someone support their client as they move into a new space – free parking or walkable from a Brampton transit bus stop. This in-office 3 week+ project is a fantastic interim opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy workload while put their exceptional customer service, administrative, coordination and attention to detail skills to work all at the same time! The project does not have a hard-stop so could extend or there could be other opportunities with other clients for those who may be open to longer term work in this capacity.

Greet and direct internal and external customers to the proper areas ensuring all safety guidelines are adhered to
Set up and support the site with information/welcome stations to ensure a warm welcome
Oversee the receiving of shipments to the space related to the move
Provide supplies to the team and direct them to where they can find other items around the office
Ensure all supplies are kept ahead in stock; boxes, equipment, sanitizer, etc – informing manager when you see a potential concern of low products
Update floor plans as areas have been taken care of and to update the project on pending areas of coverage need
Be available to assist with packing/unpacking items
Update notes on projects; tracking attendance in and out and documenting full completion of each station using MS Office
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
