Responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and support sales teams with data analysis and reporting.
Help with recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and assisting with day-to-day operations to keep our office running smoothly.
Work alongside multiple departments to gain a holistic understanding of how a successful business operates.
Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and process improvements that will sharpen your organizational and communication skills
