Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Project Manager for a leading company in Ottawa, ON.
In this role, you will assist in managing project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with industry regulations to drive successful project completion.
If you have at least 1 year of clinical project management experience, a background in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries or a related field, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasks and confirming completion of activities.
Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and contingency plans.
Support cross-functional teams by gathering input and clarifying project objectives.
Analyze data to identify root causes of project challenges and propose solutions.
Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Serve as a key contact for third-party vendors when necessary.
Lead and support team members to ensure project success.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of project management experience with leadership exposure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the drug/device development process is a plus.
