Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Case Management Support Officer (Medical) to provide critical administrative and operational support to our case client’s management team in Regina, SK. You will bring exceptional customer service skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience or education related to the medical field—such as medical terminology or a Health Information Management designation we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:
Handle outbound telephone inquiries to plan members to request information (claim set up, etc.)
Respond to providers and employers on documentation requests and return to work plans.
Assist with travel arrangements and invoices.
Follow up on correspondence with medical providers.
Second level claim set up review, including obtaining any outstanding information.
Tagging documents for the file with the appropriate code.
Provide assistance to adjudicators.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in administration, health information management, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or a similar environment is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology or a health-related background
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
