Are you an experienced Municipal Survey CAD Drafter / Calculations Specialist with a strong background in land surveying, particularly in Saskatchewan? Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal survey plans, including subdivisions, condominiums, utility rights-of-way, etc.
Prepare real property reports (RPRs) and topographic surveys.
Perform calculations for property boundaries, foundation placements, and grade levels.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create precise, professional deliverables.
Collaborate remotely with field crews and project leads to ensure alignment on project scopes.
Liaise with clients, offering technical solutions and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Conduct quality control on field data, calculations, and final survey drawings.
Demonstrate familiarity with land survey drawings and land tenure systems in Saskatchewan.
Work independently from home, using the company’s virtual systems to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying in Saskatchewan.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to deliver accurate survey drawings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, while meeting deadlines and project standards.
