Adecco is currently seeking a qualified Part-Time Bookkeeper for our esteemed client in Saint John, NB, on an ongoing contract basis. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable, including billing and collection
Handle Accounts Payable, processing invoices, and reconciling payments
Conduct monthly Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
Assist with budget reporting and preparation
Handle payroll reporting for staff and contractors
Manage monthly reporting for GST and Tax
Provide supporting documents for contracts and year-end audits
Requirements and Qualifications:
Post secondary education in finance related field
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
