Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent time management skills, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate: $27–$29/hour
Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, documents).
Organize and schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain and update databases and administrative records.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for management.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
Oversee office supply orders and equipment management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and document procedures.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative.
Experience with administrative software and digital tools (a plus).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
