Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Account Transitions Coordinator to support their operations in Toronto, ON. This is a 6-month contract role, offering $28.62 per hour with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Pay rate: $28.62/hour.

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and initiate account transfers within SLA (24 hours) via Transition mailboxes

  • Communicate NIGO (Not in Good Order) statuses and rejections with clients

  • Contact relinquishing institutions (via email/phone, up to 75 times daily) to follow up on transfer statuses

  • Reprocess rejected transfers to ensure completion in good order

  • Process cash and securities journals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance digital adoption

  • Maintain documentation including user guides and generate internal/external reports

  • Support clients through transition processes, discussing transfer requirements in detail

  • Identify trends in asset movement, rejections, and process issues

  • Provide support during high-volume periods (overtime required)

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Post-secondary education with 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English and French (bilingual required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of systems such as IBM-OSS, AS400, CDS/ARROW, FUNDSERV (an asset)

  • Strong attention to detail and urgency in handling tasks

  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a plus
