In this role you will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, and organizing automotive parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Responsibilities:
Tasks may involve using basic hand tools, such as measuring tools, to verify specifications (e.g., checking hole sizes).
The role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and walking
Identify, inspect, and sort automotive parts based on quality and specification standards.
Detect and report defective or damaged parts to the supervisor for further review.
Maintain an organized work area by properly categorizing and storing parts.
Accurately record counts and inspection results for inventory tracking.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects and inconsistencies.
Familiarity with automotive parts is an asset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity targets.
Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 30lbs. as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
