Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, part-time IT Administrative Clerk to work for our client in Don Mills, ON.

This role involves working with the new COUPA system, filing for the QC department, issuing authorization boot vouchers, assisting with assignments, updating the H&S board, and managing the company self-serve store.

  • Shifts: 2-3 Days per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with new COUPA system for receiving & inputting data relating to purchases & services.

  • Filing for the QC department once a week

  • Issuing of authorization boot vouchers

  • Any assignments given by any manager 

  • Updating our H&S board

  • Assisting with the Company Self-Serve Store

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies.

  • Familiarity with database management systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new software or systems as needed.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
