Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for a dynamic, 12-month contract position located in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will partner with Data Transformation Leads and Our client’s Platform Account Executives to sell new ads products and drive advanced marketing activations. This is a 12-month contract role offering a competitive hourly rate of $88.92 CAD per hour.

  • Pay rate: $88.92/hour.
  • Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Data Transformation Leads and Google Marketing Platform Account Executives to sell new ads products and advanced marketing activations.
  • Translating technical solutions into business outcomes through storytelling, narrative building, and clear communication for customer contacts.
  • Consulting with the Platforms Sales team on the best strategies to drive customer business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with sales and client teams to conduct discovery sessions, design technical diagrams, and create guidelines to address specific business needs.
  • Attending meetings and fulfilling action items, ensuring alignment with client and sales teams.
  • Supporting our sales and customer stakeholders, helping them achieve their objectives and key results.
  • Making consistent progress against Google’s broader business objectives, ensuring goals are met in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience in identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy.
  • Proven experience in sales pitching to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and driving customer business outcomes.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in whiteboarding technology systems and data flows.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical issues for diverse audiences (from practitioners to executives).
  • Interest in the broader marketing and ad technology space.
  • Understanding of digital industry changes, including privacy implications.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to tell a compelling story with complex data.
