Account Manager

Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Toronto, ON. This is a 12-month contract role offering a competitive hourly rate of $82.05 per hour. In this role, you will manage client and agency relationships, leveraging your expertise in search/performance marketing products and the Search Ads 360 (SA360) platform to drive success for clients.

• Pay rate: $82.05/hour.
• Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

• Managing and developing relationships with both clients and agencies, driving and renewing these relationships at the senior level within the organization.
• Utilizing your expertise in digital advertising and product knowledge to understand customer goals and provide strategic guidance on adopting SA360 technology and best practices.
• Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing opportunities within assigned accounts in collaboration with SA360 owners.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, prioritize features, and resolve issues.
• Acting as the ultimate point of escalation for client issues, overseeing the resolution process from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Consult clients on leveraging SA360 for maximizing their search marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs and resolve technical issues.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience with search/performance marketing products.
• Experience working with Search Ads 360 platform is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in solution-based selling and developing customer relationships.
