Adecco is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Clients Services group in Richmond Hill, ON. You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day interactions and relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients in the communication services sector. Reporting directly to the Senior Relationship Manager (SRM), you will ensure exceptional service delivery, cultivate trust and loyalty among clients, and drive the adoption of new products and services. Your focus will be on exceeding service standards, client satisfaction ratings, and Net Promoter Score targets for your assigned clients. This contract position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30-$35 based on experience, providing an excellent opportunity to leverage your client management skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • Pay rate: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Richmond Hill, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with possible OT during peak season

  • Job type: 12-18-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships between the company and assigned business unit representatives or clients.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through effective communication of communication services.

  • Meet client satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, and product utilization targets.

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and job requirements.

  • Support retention of existing business and development of new business opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for assigned clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a client portfolio.

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent business experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies.
